This print comes from an estate with a special story attached, it is described below in Dutch :

'Jan en Gré Hankink hebben in 1944-1945 ondergedoken gezeten bij de ouders van mijn moeder. Dit was op hun boerderij in Wergea in Friesland. Jan werkte als machinist bij de spoorwegen in Zwolle. Dit lijstje heeft vanaf 1945 altijd opgehangen als herinnering aan die tijd.'
