Mercedes-Benz L 3000 S in Würzburg

The Mercedes-Benz L 3000 S was produced from 1940 to 1942 and in the all-wheel drive version still until 1943. This truck was more economical than other competing vehicles due to its diesel engine, but its off-road capability was insufficient. So Mercedes-Benz had to stop production and produce the L 701 developed by Opel.
